I have spent fifteen years building software, founding companies, and leading engineering teams. I started AgentPol because I kept seeing the same pattern: small and medium businesses with a clear problem, trying low-code tools or AI on their own, and ending up with something that almost works — or worse, something that puts their business at risk.
AgentPol is my answer to that. I use AI-driven development to deliver fast, but my experience is what makes the difference: software that is securely deployed, free of critical bugs, and hosted so you do not need to hire anyone to keep it running. You get a tool you can use on day one, and when you need changes, I handle them — with versioning and backups that prevent a bad edit from taking your business down.
My background at monday.com
Before founding AgentPol, I spent four years at monday.com in the Payments group — first as a senior engineer, then as Engineering Manager. I personally led the migration from a legacy billing system to a new platform, built WIRE sales infrastructure on top of it, and managed that rollout. I later built a team from scratch that delivered product activation flows for a multi-product sales strategy, and took over consumption billing and usage enforcement — work at the core of how a global SaaS company sells today.
monday.com has invested heavily in AI-driven development, and I used those tools daily — building multiple internal tools quickly and learning firsthand what works and what wastes time. That is the experience my clients get: speed without the trial-and-error.
Co-founding Beesfund
As co-founder and CTO of Beesfund, a Polish equity crowdfunding platform, I helped run a business that operated for nearly eight years and facilitated large crowdfunding campaigns — raising over 50 million PLN for its customers.

Cryptocurrency exchange
I served as technical product owner and advisor to the CEO. I launched a working platform with real customers and built security infrastructure designed for scale. The venture ultimately closed when funding ran out — but the product shipped.

I led a team of three subcontractors building critical features in a Java enterprise application used by thousands of agents at a large debt collection agency.

I modernized a legacy system for a staffing agency — new web application plus native mobile apps for iOS and Android.

Custom poster generator
I built a star-map poster generator using smart technology choices that kept delivery costs very low. It became a major revenue driver for the client; several follow-up generators were later delivered by other teams using the same approach.
